Pre-Kindergarten


We offer a stimulating academic pre-kindergarten program for 4 year olds. Preschoolers at Legacy Oaks receive instruction in art, music, Spanish, Mandarin, & sign language as part of their  weekly curriculum.

They may be the youngest, but our Preschoolers are certainly not "the least among us".  Our preschool students play an active part in the daily life at Legacy Oaks.

Grammar School

Our Grammar School includes grades Kindergarten through 6th grade.

During the Elementary years, students' active minds are busy acquiring facts.  Legacy Oaks students  receive  a quality program of instruction which assists them in acquiring the "tools of learning" by utilizing the concept of the medieval Trivium. This time tested methodology takes advantage of a child's natural stages of intellectual development. Through a program rich in memorization & recitation, students develop the building blocks necessary for the next phase ~ the School of Logic.

Our Grammar School students receive instruction in:

  • Spanish, Mandarin, Latin, Greek, Sign Language. 
  • Language Studies: phonics, grammar, writing, spelling, penmanship
  • Math, Science, History, Technology
  • Daily Physical Education & outdoor recess time
  • Visual Arts, Music & Dramatic Arts

Students in the Junior High years are busy developing abstract thinking skills ~ their knowledge of understanding and reasoning. These skills are nurtured at

Students in the Senior High years are learning to express themselves. Building upon the foundation they created in the School of Logic, our upper grade students are refining their abilities to analyze and form clear concepts, and to express those  articulately.
