The Barness Organization broke ground in the fall of 2001 on a large acreage of farmland soon to be called Legacy Oaks at Evesham.  There were four phases and the last phase was finished by DeLuca builders. Our community has won several awards for design and active adult activities. There are 237 single family homes in the community with models having one or two floors and two-car garages. Legacy Oaks has a community clubhouse, with card rooms, exercise equipment, billiard tables and a large ballroom for social events. We have two tennis and Pickleball courts, two bocce courts and a heated outdoor pool. It is an HOA (Home Owner's Association) community.

Located in Marlton, New Jersey, Legacy has beautiful trees lining the streets and ponds surrounding the community. We are not far from upscale shopping centers, doctors, hospitals, churches or varied forms of entertainment. Philadelphia is a thirty-minute drive and Legacy Theater Club offers regular bus trips to New York to see Broadway plays. As an active adult community, you can be as busy as you want to be. There are many clubs and activities to choose from.
